Nearly 100 premises – half of which are dedicated to the provision of health services – are offered for rent by the Management Board of Municipal Buildings in Kraków. The locations include: Floriańska, Mikołajska, Szewska, Stradomska, Dietla Streets, as well as housing estates in Nowa Huta or, for example, ul. At Kozłówka. The auction for the rental of these premises will be held on March 31, but now ZBK is organizing Open Days there.
At 8 Mikołajska Street, you can rent commercial space on the ground floor, with an area of 37.83 square meters. The building in which it is located is entered in the register of monuments. The same applies to, for example, almost 100-meter premises in a tenement house at ul. Floriańska 3, on the 3rd floor.
At ul. Szewska 4A, the commune offers a total of almost 113 square meters for rent – premises on the first floor and 30 square meters. basements.
Location near Collegium Novum available
Who is looking for a small room for his business, may be interested in the premises at ul. Straszewskiego 24, opposite the Collegium Novum of the Jagiellonian University. It has an area of 17.96 sq m. The restaurant is located on the ground floor and has an entrance from the front of the building. The room is equipped with an electrical installation (to be checked and possibly replaced) and a water and sewage system.
You can also rent a commercial space of several meters at ul. Stradomska 10. It has an area of 18.71 sq m and is located on the ground floor in the annexe of the building. ZBK points out that there are no technical installations in this premises. Moreover, the winner of the auction will be obliged to brick the passage between the premises. Let us add that the building in which the premises is located is entered in the municipal register of monuments.
Premises also in Nowa Huta
There are also restaurants outside the city center, including many in Nowa Huta. They have an area ranging from just a few meters (the proposed premises on the Jagielloński 7 estate is 6 sq m), through a dozen or so (e.g. Urocze 12, area 13.3 sq m, premises on the ground floor) to nearly 200 square meters (also the housing estate Urocze 12, premises with a total area of 193.30 sq m, including 53.26 sq m of cellars).

From Wednesday (March 17), over a dozen of the premises put up for auction can be viewed during the Open Days organized by ZBK.
From this week on, the employees of the Management Board of Municipal Buildings in Krakow will be at your disposal directly in the commercial premises for rent in the auction procedure and provide information that may be helpful in making a decision about entering the auction for given premises.
